1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.

2. Design & Branding Requirements

  • The client must provide the event logo in PNG format.
  • Final layout/design approval must be shared at least 5 days prior to the event date.

3. Venue Requirements (To Be Arranged by Client)

The client is responsible for arranging the following at the event venue:

  • Adequate space for the photobooth setup
  • Continuous and stable electric power supply
  • 2 chairs and 1 table
  • Stable WiFi connection

⚠️ The photobooth setup will be completed at least 15 minutes before the event start time, provided all the above requirements are fulfilled at the venue.

4. Event Timing & Changes

  • Event timing confirmed at the time of booking will be considered final.
  • Any changes requested after confirmation will be subject to additional charges.
  • Multiple layout changes or photobooth location changes at the venue will only be permitted within a 4-hour event duration.

5. Usage Rights

  • The company reserves the right to use event photos and videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
  • All client data and event media will be stored safely and securely, even after the event.

6. Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if the event is cancelled 20 days or more before the event date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 10 days before the event date.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 8 days of the event.

7. Additional Information

  • Photo frames and backdrops are not included in the package.
  • Vendor contact details can be shared upon request.
